Exchange Policy
Overview
We do not offer any refunds, only exchanges of the product you’re not satisfied with.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not of our doing, will not qualify for an exchange
Exchanges & Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at fleur@ripskicovers.com and we will forward you the return address.
Depending on your location, duration of the return, back and forth, may vary.
Shipping costs (both ways) are for your own account and are not refundable…
The item /s you are returning are fairly expensive. Please consider a shipping agent that offers a Tracking service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee safe receipt of goods.
